Why do we process your personal data?
The Web treats identified data (name, email, phone number) provided through the contact form, with the purpose of manage the communication. The legal basis of this treatment is answering the User’s queries.

Are the data subjected to international data transfers?
In principle the data are not subjected to international data transfers, however, the Data Controller may have service suppliers whom develop or are located out of the European Economic Area. The Data Controller shall ensure the data access or treatment by the service suppliers must be submitted fulfilling the legal basis regarding the international data treatment, that means the inclusion of the standard contractual clauses included in the agreements used with the service suppliers, or privacy certifications, both legal measures approved by the European Union.
